By creating a MileoKids account, you agree to use the service in line with these terms. We're keeping things short and plain here while the product is in active development.
Who may use MileoKids
MileoKids is a service for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older who are tracking the growth and health of a child in their care. It is not directed to, or intended for use directly by, children — and in particular not by children under 13. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult parent or legal guardian and that you have the authority to record information about the child profiles you create. Accounts we identify as belonging to a child under 13 will be removed.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Please use a strong, unique password (or a password manager). One account per person.
Your data
You retain ownership of the information you record. We store it so you can use it. See our privacy notice for details on storage and deletion.
Children's information
The information you record about your child is entered by you, the parent or guardian, and is used only to provide the features you use in the app. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising or retargeting, and we do not run third-party ad or tracking pixels on any signed-in page. You can export or permanently delete it at any time.
Educational use
MileoKids is an educational organizational tool and not an FDA-cleared medical device. It does not diagnose or treat and cannot replace an in-person clinical assessment. Symptom guidance only helps organize reported information and suggests how soon to seek care. Always consult a qualified pediatrician, and in an emergency call 911 or your local emergency number.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be highlighted before they take effect.
